Jobs at No Coast

We are growing by leaps and bounds, but there comes a time when one person cannot run the show. Since it's beginning, No Coast has been the project of Joshua Burns. He has done recruiting, scheduleing, marketing, promtion, web design, graphics, photography, and anything else that has been involved. There have been support along the way but the main bulk has been one person. So, now No Coast needs help. Here is what we have immediate needs for.

Marketing Personnel

Marketing is fundamental. How the public sees the product, and how the company displays it. Marketing or Public Relation is a skill that takes tenacity, drive, and interpersonal skills, along with maticulous organizational skills. This position will find sponsors for the tour, website, and calendar. They will be responsible for all questions from the sponsors, corporate customers, and all public relations. This sounds like a big postion. You are right! That is why this postion for the right person will recieve a share in the company in the way of 20% of all money that is raised by thier effort. Yes, this is not an hourly wage position. I believe, in my experience, that an hourly wage only motivates someone to do the bare minimum to earn thier paycheck. This is a chance to EARN whatever you work for.

Advertising Sales Personnel

Until No Coast is generating enough sales to stand alone we are in need of advertising on the site, and on the website. No Coast needs a hungry go-getter that can make those needed contacts, sell the businesses on why they need to spend thier advertising dollar with us. This is also a commission sales position at a generous 20% of the money generated by your personal sales. I will not put a cap on the sales of course, nor will I cap your potential income earnings. I believe that success only comes before work in the dictionary. You work hard for No Coast, and you will be rewarded.

Tour Manager

No Coast is planning to go on two tours next year. A one month early spring, hopefully starting in March, promotional tour. This will be a double duty tour where we will be promoting and selling the 2011 No Coast Swimsuit Calendar, and recruiting and auditioning for the 2012 edition. Second tour will be the shooting tour. Last year No Coast went on a 14 state tour, and stayed in KOA campsites in primitive style(tents, and sleeping bags). We need someone to make the calls to the Clubs, Venues, and Campsites for the tour stops. They will be responsible for booking dates, settling rates, and deals for door percentages, and management of budget for the Tours. We are seeking someone that has experience with band tours, swimsuit teams, or any other road oriented management. Compensation for this is the general 10% as most managers make from the profit of the tour. So book the dates, make the deals, and reap the benefits.

When we fill these positions then there will definitely be others to open. Hair and Makeup Artists, Drivers, and other support personnel. So keep checking back to see any further updates.
